A dog trainer is being investigated after a graphic video depicted him slamming a German Shephard puppy into the ground and shattering its rear end.
The Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the TyCalK9 Dog Training Center in Arcola, Texas, after a horrifying video showed an unidentified trainer injuring a puppy after it failed to heed a command.
The trainer, whose face was not visible in the clip, but who wore all black with Nike shoes, can be seen training a small German Shephard with a long, black training tool, but the puppy appeared to think it was playtime.
It tugged on the tool and occasionally jumped up.
Seconds later, the trainer can be seen clenching the leash before dragging the dog over his shoulder and body slamming him into the floor.

An unidentified Texas dog trainer is under investigation for animal abuse after he was caught on video slamming a German Shephard puppy into the ground at TyCalK9 Dog Training Center in Arcola

The dog’s body hit rear end first, causing him to sprawl out across the ground as he scrambled to get back up. The dog immediately began favoring his left back leg and could hardly stand up for more than a few seconds after the attack
The dog’s rear end struck the floor first, absorbing most of the impact, as a sickening crack rang out across the room. The puppy then whimpered on the ground, barely managing to get up as his back legs struggled to hold his weight as he whimpered in pain.
That dog appeared to barely be able to stand on his hind legs for more than a few seconds, favoring his left leg as he let it rest on the floor.
It is rumored that the video was taken months ago, but was posted to Facebook earlier this week by Kayla AllGame. It is unclear what happened to the puppy after the clip was shot, and whether it survived its injuries.
AllGame accused owner Manuel Golden of abuse and said in a scathing Facebook post that she does not ‘condone or support TyCal or Manuel Golden.’
‘I want to apologize to anyone who I suggested TyCal would be a good place to train your dog. I was unaware of the deplorable conditions he keeps dogs in,’ she wrote on Facebook.
There is currently no suggestion that Golden is the man in the video, or that he was even present when the abuse took place. DailyMail.com has contacted AllGame for further comment.
She also accused Golden of stealing another man’s dog and implementing ‘Code Red’ when the health department arrived for inspections. Code Red was reportedly known by every employee to keep inspectors out of the ‘disgusting’ backroom where Golden had ’12 kennel runs, but keeps 100+ dogs in the facility,’ according to AllGame.
Local prosecutors have now launched an animal cruelty investigation and said it wouldn’t comment while the investigation is ‘ongoing.’
‘We’ve barely scraped the surface of this investigation,’ Wesley Wittig from the Fort Bend DA’s office told DailyMail.com on Friday.
Wittig refused to comment about the identity of the trainer when approached by DailyMail.com, as the investigation is ‘fresh’ and ‘only brought to our attention this week.’
In addition, the Houston SPCA has offered to assist in the investigation.
The company has since deleted its Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and website since the video has surfaced.

The company has shut down all its social media pages and website following the video’s release, but KHOU 11 reported there appeared to still be activity on the grounds (pictured)

However, there seems to be activity on the grounds and KHOU 11, who visited the facility, said they heard dogs barking.
